Free Content

All free content, including downloadable addons or maps, is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any addons or digital content at any time without notice.

Subscriptions & Paid Plans

OniionCraft subscriptions and advertising partnership plans grant access to exclusive in-game or community features, including but not limited to:

Server Hub placement, ranks, or perks
In-game items, boosts, or benefits
Discord-linked features, roles, or exclusive channels

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Tebex on behalf of OniionCraft LLC.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees charged by your payment provider.

Refund Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, and digital benefits are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds will not be issued for account suspensions, bans, or server downtime.

Access & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our servers, Discord, or website if a user violates any of our rules or policies.

Suspensions or bans may result in permanent loss of in-game items, ranks, or other digital benefits without refund.

Merchandise Sales

When available, OniionCraft LLC may offer merchandise fulfilled by third-party vendors (e.g., Printify, Wix, or other fulfillment partners).
Shipping times, costs, and returns are subject to the policies of the vendor fulfilling your order.
OniionCraft LLC is not responsible for vendor delays or shipping damages. Refunds will only be provided as required by applicable law.

Discord Linking & Community I

Our website and servers may require users to link their Discord account for access to certain benefits or subscription features.
By linking your account, you authorize OniionCraft LLC to verify your Discord identity and manage roles, permissions, or linked features within our Discord server.

We do not collect or share Discord credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and understanding that loss of access to your Discord account may also result in loss of linked in-game benefits.

You may be required to create an account on our website, Tebex store, or Discord to access certain features.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, logos, text, code, images, and digital products, is the intellectual property of OniionCraft LLC and protected by U.S. copyright law.
